2.1.1. By providing any of your Personal Data to EOK via the internet or otherwise, you hereby agree that EOK shall collect, retain and use the Personal Data for the following purposes:

A. Providing you with services under any EOK’s business;

B. Marketing of goods and services and sending any advertising material to you;

C. Conducting research on new goods and services for you;

D. Carrying out matching procedures in accordance with the law;

E. Notifying you of new products/services;

F. Making such disclosures as may be required for any of the above purposes or by law.

2.1.3 Please note that in the event that sufficient Personal Data is not supplied, or is not satisfactory to EOK then your application or request to EOK for any of the above purposes of 2.1.1 may not be accepted.

2.1.4 Any Personal Data supplied by you will be retained by EOK as long as necessary for the fulfilment of the purposes stated in 2.1.1 herein or is required to satisfy legal regulatory, accounting requirements or to protect EOK’s interests.

6.1 Under the Act, you have the right of access to your Personal Data held by EOK on payment of a prescribed fee. You may also request: (i) correction of your Personal Data that is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or not up-to-date; (ii) deletion of your Personal Data held by us, subject to our right to retain copies of that Personal Data as permitted by applicable law, and (iii) cessation of the processing of your Personal Data.
